Reda Group  Investment and Development is a specialized establishment in the field of real estate development and investment. The main activities of the Group include real estate development and investment, projects and properties management, and consultation services relevant to real estate.

• Purchasing, possessing, reclaiming, developing, building, selling, leasing, investing and managing lands and real estates to the favor of the Group or third parties.
• Constructing, renting, operating and managing housing buildings as residential units, furnished apartments and hotel suites, on its own or with  third parties.
• Providing specialized real estate consulting services.
• Entering into real estate projects with  third parties by Murabaha, Mutagarah (trading), Mudharaba, or all forms of Musharaka (profit sharing), besides establishing, managing and supervising real estate companies on its own, or sharing with  third parties, whether they be individuals or enterprises in establishing projects or real estate companies.
• Managing real estate projects, contracting and construction works utillizing the Group's engineering and technical expertise.

Murabaha (Islamic Finance): term which stands for the supply of goods or property by the seller to the buyer at cost plus a specified profit margin mutually agreed between them.

Mudharaba (Islamic Finance): Profit sharing contract whereby one party provides capital while the other provides expertise and management to run any investment with the objective of earning profits. The net profits are shared on a pre-agreed ratio. In case of losses, these are considered as loss of capital and are borne by the owner of capital, while the managing partner goes unrewarded for his efforts .
